Prep Group Meeting Notes 12/27/05

1) Organization for tool sharpening workshop 1/18/05
What supplies needed? Tarp, non-electric sharpeners (files & stones), tools, bandaids, Participants to bring clean tools and any sharpeners they have.

What should announcement say? Gary will write & post announcement to prep group for review, then he’ll post it to the announcements list & Jeremy will post it to the calendar.

2) Next support group meeting topic 2/1/05 ideas
a) Help in making/prioritizing goals?
b) Zones & Sectors audit from The Activist?
c) Open forum

We will muse over this some more and decide at the January meeting.

3) Workshop scheduling - do we want more voting, or want to start planning for summer/fall?

More voting - need to post list to civic space (Jeremy)

4) Anything we want to bring up at the visioning meeting Wednesday night?
