Here's the agenda - once again, we encourage everyone who is interested in ACTUALLY preparing for a lower-energy future to attend and help shape this group into a really useful tool for everyone. Hope to see you there!

Prep Group meeting agenda 4/20/06

1) Introductions

2) Discuss format/facilitator for 5/3 support group meeting

3) Discuss topic/facilitator for 6/7 workshop meeting (Where There Is No Doctor? Other ideas?)

4) Reading circle (When Technology Fails) - start time? Other issues?

5) NEW DIRECTION for prep group - do we want to use monthly prep group meetings to actually WORK ON our preparation goals? (Continue to do 1st Wednesday meetings, but emphasis of group shifts to REAL preparation of participants.)
- No longer a purely “administrative” group-of interest to more people

- Something the 50 subscribers interested in preparation (plus anyone else) can participate in

- Participants actually make progress in becoming prepared - leadership/resource for neighborhoods

- Hold work/learn sessions to provide hands-on experience for participants and help for people doing projects
