January 2007 - Council Meeting

If you'd like to see what's going on behind the scenes or if you'd like to get more involved, please attend the Portland Peak Oil Monthly Council Meeting.

The intention of the Council meeting is to come together monthly to discuss group operations and make crucial decisions regarding PPO going forward. These meetings are open to the public to be as inclusive, transparent, and community-oriented as possible.

Likely agenda topics are:
* Wednesdays @ St. Francis
* Opening shifts St. Francis
* an update on the Peak Oil taskforce
* update about the VIS
* decision about web hosting package - several possible options
* figure out what we want to do about PPO t-shirts
* What else? Please post a comment for a topic you would like to be included.

The actual agenda isn't officially decided until the start of the council meeting where we also decided how much time each topic will get.
