Daniel Lerch, Program Manager at Post Carbon Institute, is the author of "Post Carbon Cities: Planning for Energy and Climate Uncertainty," the first major guidebook for local governments on peak oil. Daniel has presented recently on peak oil to local government officials and staff across the US, as well as in Canada, Ireland and the UK.
Tonight, Daniel will talk about what cities beyond Portland are doing in response peak oil, and we'll discuss ideas and strategies for further responses here at home. www.postcarboncities.net
