I was thinking of setting up something like this, but apparently someone's already done the work :). The Shop People have a 17,000 sq. ft. workspace, with equipment for woodworking, ceramics, glassworking, blacksmithing, metal fabrication, and jewelrymaking. It costs $150 for a single person membership and $200 for a partners membership (2 adults.) I wonder if they have space for expansion... I'm going to look into it soon, I may follow up on this thread later.
