world net daily ....corsi and smith book
Submitted by walesforever on September 5, 2006 - 9:54am.
these guys have written a book (which i havent read yet) called "black gold stranglehold: the myth of scarcity; and the politics of oil"...........based as far as i can gather on Thomas Gold's theories of oil not being a fossil fuel....anyway i have been an ardent supporter of peak oil and its cumulative effects on our societies...... but basically i am a simple sort of folk and now i feel compelled to read this book to look at the evidences presented here (lots of russian scientist research)....anyway thought i would post this info....but i now feel even more unsettled ....and i guess confused....

abiotic oil is unlikely
I've heard a fair amount about this guy and this claims of abiotic oil and 1) it seems pretty unlikely and 2) even if it were true the amount of oil that is being discovered is way, way less then what is being consumed.
