If you'd like to see what's going on behind the scenes or if you'd like to get more involved, please attend the Portland Peak Oil Monthly Council Meeting.

The intention of the Council meeting is to come together monthly to discuss group operations and make crucial decisions regarding PPO going forward. These meetings are open to the public to be as inclusive, transparent, and community-oriented as possible.

Likely agenda topics are:
* Wednesdays @ St. Francis for the rest of October and November.
* Opening shifts St. Francis
* new plan for 5th Wednesdays
* an update on the Peak Oil taskforce
* an update on the new website
* What else? Please post a comment for a topic you would like to be included.

The actual agenda isn't officially decided until the start of the council meeting where we also decided how much time each topic will get.

PLEASE NOTE VENUE CHANGE: Due to requests for public gathering space (no offense to Mike's place where I look forward to meeting), we have secured Laughing Horse Books for the location (we have 1st priority on Oct. 9)
