We will also have information additional gardening courses provided by other local non-profits and information on donating extra garden produce to the Oregon Food Bank.

Room discussion free and open to the public.

Clarification on the prior post and more info!

Just to avoid confusion - the Spring Garden meeting is a workshop, rather than a support group meeting. The two types of meetings alternate on the first Wednesdays of each month. Here's the info for the workshop I'll be doing Wednesday 3/1:

Plants that give you more Bang for your Buck(et)!

Are you interested in learning about food plants that are easy to grow, productive, and do well in pots? Fruits, vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers can all be yours even if you have no garden space. (There will be additional recommendations for those who do have garden space.) We will cover types of plants, how to choose the right containers, which plants do well together, plant care, how to obtain your plants, and great resources for further info. Beginning gardeners, this workshop is designed with you in mind, but it will have something for everyone.

Hope to see you there! Carla
