Portland Leads in Google Searches on Peak Oil
Submitted by Robin Canaday on May 10, 2006 - 4:40pm.
I thought this was sort of interesting...

take that SF!
Hah, take that San Francisco ;-) I'm kidding of course, I'm glad they got a peak oil resolution passed as soon as they did.
To be fair,
Pleasanton could be counted as part of SF --it's at the eastern terminus of BART, and not far from Livermore. But still, our work in Portland is bearing results beyond what anybody could've expected a year ago.
PPO and Illahee series get the credit...
...for raising this awareness and concern, in my opinion.
