If you'd like to see what's going on behind the scenes or if you'd like to get more involved, please attend the Portland Peak Oil Monthly Council Meeting.

The intention of the Council meeting is to come together monthly to discuss group operations and make crucial decisions regarding PPO going forward. These meetings are open to the public to be as inclusive, transparent, and community-oriented as possible.

Likely agenda topics are:
* review the May Council meeting minutes
* schedule of events at St. Francis
* update and planning for the Taskforce
* setting up the Speaker's Bureau (possible 3th and 4th wednesday).
* maybe setting up e-mail lists for PPO administration
* setting up a CivicSpace (the PPO Discussion area) training
* address OpenSpace meeting management

team building/conf reso

It was decided in the April Biz meeting that we would look into a team building/conf resu workshop for either the council or for a wed night. I'm still following up on this and have a little info, please at this to the agenda. Thanks,
