VBC workshop?

Village Building Convergence 6 will be here soon and City Repair is taking applications for free afternoon workshops as part of the VBC. Last May, two folks from Portland Peak Oil presented an overhead peak oil 101 slideshow that was well attended and well done.

I think we should definitely do a similar workshop again this May. Perhaps another relevant workshop too? Thoughts?

VBC workshop

I would love to help out with a workshop. I'm eager to learn how to give workshops too. What's happening with Pam (and others') Speakers Bureau. Hopefully, that will be up and running before VBC starts. If I can be of help with the Speakers Bureau, just let me know. Thanks,

This will be my first VBC. I'm sure it will be the first VBC for others too so it would definitely be beneficial to present again this year. Ditto to Jennifer's post regarding helping with a VBC presentation and the Speakers Bureau.

City Repair got back to us and they're looking forward to having us give another "peak oil 101" presentation workshop this May. I will mail them a $10 check for the workshop fee.

focal point for creating the speakers bureau?

They seemed pretty interest but it is always nicer when they finalize. This would seem to be a wonderful focal point for creating the speakers bureau.

VBC PO 101 workshop - count me in if possible

I was one of the two presenters last year for our PO 101. What an honor that was. I'd love to help out in any way I can. For this I can expend some of my precious gas allowance - traveling from way up here on the mountain, LOL.
