This scathing expose examines the sketchy politics underpinning U.S. relations with the oil-saturated country of Venezuela, whose reserves are only surpassed by Saudi Arabia. This documentary also looks closely at the complex questions of democracy, the motives of leader Hugo Chavez, and the fate of his countrymen 80% of whom live in poverty.
