update: the issue appears to have been resolved.

I have already opened up a ticket with our hosting company but it appears that e-mail that is sent to portlandpeakoil.org is not actually making it into any of the inboxes, including taskforce@portlandpeakoil.org. Hopefully everyone is out enjoying the weather and not sending e-mails over the weekend. I'll update this post when I know more.
